The Age of Loss
I received news the other day about the passing of another person I have known for a long time.
Although our paths had diverged in the past six years I am saddened and shocked by her passing. By my standards, she was still young and should have had more years coming to her.
Between losing people and pets over a year's time I think it's time for a break. Everyone probably thinks the same thing: 2020s, please give us a break.

Smile More, Stress Less
Have you ever looked at your everyday face in the mirror closely?
What's your mouth look like? Is it a frown? Are you surprised?
I've been frowning for about 40 years and my mouth seems to be stuck in that expression permanently. Remember when your mother told you your face would get stuck that way if you made a face?
